Re: WHU manager 2018-19 Moyes or Rafael Benitez ?
while i respect his record, i'm not a fan of Benitez or how his teams play.
i'd love us to actually appoint a manager who is forward thinking and a strong personality, however i doubt this will happen. I think Jokanovic or Silva or Flores are the best we can hope for.

having said that the silly cunts would probably appoint Neil Harris.

Benitez ~ Obviously!

I doubt he'd be a realistic option though now

Emery....but because we will always go for the "cheap" option I would settle for Jokanovic.

Benitez all day long. I was willing to give Moyes a chance but his set up and in game decision making last night was a shambles.

Benitez for me, never gonna happen. He's an proven, established Champions League winning manager with a cupboard full of trophies.

At West Ham?? We should have paid the Geordies £5m to release him when Bilic was canned. Nope, we preferred to spend £5m on a loan fee for Gokhan Tore. Oh and another £5m on a loan fee for Zaza

Benitez every time but I doubt that will be the option.

The first thing WH need is a chairman that knows what the fuck he's actually doing...

Would love Benitez but he won't come to us in the championship, and that's the only scenario where the spiv dwarves will get rid of moyes.

He's had 6 wins, 8 draws and 8 defeats in the league. Over a season that is = to 42 points. Add to that the lose to Wigan, Draw at Shrewsbury and 1-0 in ET Vs Shrewsbury plus the total surrender to Arsenal in the mickey mouse cup and he can fuck right off.

Benitez turned us down for Real Madrid, can't blame him for that. He has proved that he can work with a tight budget as proven at Newcastle. Would have him over Moyes any day of the week.
As stated by everyone else, with our current board we aren't moving forward anytime soon.

Benitiz would insist on a proper transfer pot so what's the point

If I had a choice I would like Rodgers and I think he would fancy the move to us.

As said below though, if we stay up then moyes will stay on.

Are there no other managers available? We should be looking for a younger more progressive manager, who has more ambition than Moyes and less set in his ways than Benitez.
The trouble with being stuck with Sullivan and co. is we have little chance of bringing in someone with real ambition and procuring a big enough budget to make a real difference in results.
I like the way Jokanovic goes about his business, and Fulham are a team pleasing to the eye.
Knowing the way Sullivan works,we will end up with Moyes churning out the same crap next season.

Fucks sake, he's a 57 year old man who if wanted to live anywhere it would be Spain or Liverpool..London? LOL.

This ship has sailed now ref Benitez anyway, for all the reasons already pointed out.

Not even a debate for me, you just have to have a glance at Rafa's achievements and what he has done with that Newcastle side this season to realise he would be the better choice.

Whilst Moyes will hopefully achieve what he was brought in for, which was to sort out the complete shitshow that was left behind and keep us up, if he achieves that we should say thank you very much, you have done what was asked (he would of restored some of his reputation and no doubt get another job in England) and then we need to look for the next level appointment.

Whilst Rafa isn't in that top tier he is better than what we have and improvements whilst small is what we as a club our size should be aiming for, small improvements that are realistic instead of all these false promises that even the most optimistic fan knows won't happen over night.
